Youth Group

Tammy and I want to share some things with all of you regarding the status of our youth group. We took on the role of leading youth group about a year ago. It has been a blessing to get to know them all better and to interact with them regarding their walks with God.

It was our intent from the beginning to pass leadership off as soon as we could find someone willing and help them make the transition into that role. Several months ago, we came to the conclusion that we needed to be done leading the youth even though we still had not found someone to take over. We continued though the Kingdom Bound trip still hoping that we could find a couple to take over for us.

As of right now we still haven't found anyone to take over the leadership of the youth group. We continue…

Needless to say, we had a great time at kingdom bound. Not only was it fun but we had a great time of growth in our faith in Jesus - complete with discussions of how to walk that faith out in our lives.

I want to encourage all of the youth to listen to the message in the link below. The message is from Dan Tabolt preached this Sunday at church. I believe that it has a powerful message for each one of us. I believe you will find life and power in it. It has good instruction as well.

Youthgroup tonight is at the church Pavillion. 6pm-8pm. We will be having Art Class! Please wear painting clothes!
